When Siegfried bought a new car, the Rover P2, James inherited the Hillman. Later, this Morris Minor tourer (above) was brought into service, and later again, (below) the Morris 10/4

Used in "The Homecoming" part one (1983) - The year is 1946, and James is having trouble readjusting to civilian life - I think this car is an Austin Cheltenham Six

This seems to be a Hillman Minx Tourer (1946?) seen in "The Homecoming" part 2, first shown on BBC television in 1985
